Lindy MacArthur - My intention when I paint is to connect to my inner glimpses of “light, colour and beauty”. I continually look for the essence in the process…and the essence of who I am …the inner consciousness and inner sounds, feelings, thoughts, imagination, and dreams that become part of the painting process. The “Reconnecting to your Essence” art workshop will focus on “mark making” from intuition using many different art materials. You will be encouraged to set aside all your preconceived ideas of what art should look like and you will enjoy the process and be delighted with the surprise at the end of the workshop.

Greg Marian - In his satsang inquiry gatherings, Greg invites people to recognize and awaken to our universal formless dimension or Essence. Although he has received meditation instruction in several traditions and developed a comprehensive understanding of the meditative process, his focus is upon directly abiding in the Stillness and inquiring into the universal Truth of our Essence. He invites people to explore and question thier beliefs and assumptions of the world to see if something beyond the personal can be directly realized and experienced. The first half of the inquiry sessions focuses on stilling the mind and includes a guided meditation and periods of silence. Everyone is then invited into a casual spiritual inquiry circle where people can share thier experiences, raise questions, or engage in dialogue. Youwill be invited to remain very curious and to recognize the simplicity and profundity of the Silent Presence that is always here but which often goes unnoticed.
