This request does not constitute a reservation until we contact you to confirm a booking. Two nights minimum stay required SUMMER SEASON: June 1st - Sept. 30th; OFF-SEASON: October 1st - May 31st Breakfast included in room rates if booking B&B package. Check-in from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Early or late arrivals by arrangement. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Reservations for B & B cancelled less than ten days prior to arrival will be charged a one night's room rate plus tax.
