Yoga on the Beach

Our spacious accommodation is the perfect venue for your group to host a seminar, course, lecture, conference, or meeting. Reserve the entire Beach House, or individual rooms. Our large studio has space for up to 15 students.

The Lodge offers a peaceful yet invigorating setting for Yoga teachers who would like to offer their students workshops or intensive training sessions.

Greeting the sun in the early morning, as it rises over the Pacific, is a blissful experience for everyone looking for inner peace – a great way to start your day!

2017 Workshops

Yin & Tonic

restorative yoga

A two hour exploration of yin postures that focus on melting the connective tissues of the body. Prolonged asanas (approximately 3-10 minutes) are held while hands-on assistance is offered to enhance the body’s awareness of holding patterns & tension.  The combination of longer held poses with applied touch, helps relieve chronic tightening & it’s inherent restrictions. Longer held stretches, a warm environment, and massage, soften the fascial tissues of the body, allowing for a deeper release, a letting go & a freer body to move in.  With words to soothe, music to mellow and hands that heal, this combination mini-retreat  will leave you lengthened & loved.

Restorative Yoga & Thai Massage


Cultivate deep relaxation through the combined therapeutic power of Restorative Yoga, Thai massage & a Loving-Kindness practice. During this special 2-hour class, while being guided through a series of relaxing, restorative yoga poses, you will receive Thai massage therapy.  The combination of yoga and massage allows you to  let go of deep tension, breathe more deeply, and almost effortlessly flow into bliss.  The loving-kindness practice offers us a chance for deep self-nurturing and supports our subtle body. This combination will open the practitioner to experience benefits on a physical, mental and energetic level.   Feel your body and mind become like warm wax, melting away any stress and tension….a truly blissful experience.

All the conditions are set to help you let go of tension in the deepest areas of yourself, breathe more deeply and enter blissful states!

Wear comfortable, layered clothing and leave all your cares at the door. Please register early as class size is limited.
