Yoga, from the sanskrit "Yuj", translates into the word "union". Yoga, therefore, is a union of body and mind, of the physical and energetic, of the oneness with Spirit. Developed thousands of years ago, the science of yoga is a means to realize our true potential, regardless of age, race, sex or religious beliefs. The vision of yoga is a technique that teaches us how to be in the present moment. This new level of consciousness evolves through yogic practices aimed at developing an ever-increasing awareness of our various levels of experience.

 Marg Lachmuth is a certified Yoga teacher who has practiced yoga for many years. Her Vinyasa Yoga classes integrate breath, alignment, awareness, flexibility and strength in a flowing sequence of postures ranging from meditative to rejuvenating.  Classes will provide a gentle introduction to a Vinyasa Flow yoga practice and will accommodate beginner students.

Wednesday 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm - Wild Women's Yoga class

Saturday 9:30 am – 11:00 am - Chakra and Energy Awareness

Belly fit is a fun and fresh combination of moves, inspired by Bellydance, African dance and Bollywood, plus an intelligent infusion of yoga, pilates and meditation. Come experience for yourself this standardizes format, for women of all ages, that is on the leading edge of mind/body. spirit group exercise.  See how concious awareness and holistic intention can take a dance/fitness workout to a new level, and deliver outstanding, timely results.  It is important to bring supportive runners and water for this cardio workout!  

Sandra is a certified Bellyfit instructor - join her on Wednesday mornings in the Lodge yoga studio for a one-hour class, starting at 11 am!
