2 PERSONAL GROWTH WORKSHOPS ON THE SAME DAY!

Do "The Work" with Lesley Young in the morning. Then enjoy lunch by the beach before discovering your Passions with Geoff Affleck in the afternoon!

You can take both sessions on the same day or just take either one. In the morning you'll be introduced to and practice "The Work" so that you can learn to dissolve any limiting beliefs that may be stopping you from living your passions. After a delicious lunch you'll take The Passion Test where you will clarify your passions and life purpose. The two workshops go hand-in-hand.

Experiential Yoga Studies with Sama Fabian

Sama returns to the Lodge at Weir's Beach for a full program, starting with a Yoga Day on Sunday 3 and expanding into a Teacher Study Foundation short course from Monday Oct. 4th to Thursday Oct. 7th, 2010.

The Yoga Day

This workshop is open to all. It starts with quiet sitting and a detoxifying kriya and ends with a stabilizing pranayama, deep relaxation and finishing mudra.

The session includes a mindfull investigation of the core principles of Yoga and their practical applications.

The Teacher Study Foundation Short Course

This course must be taken in full. Typically participants will have an established daily practice and an open and curious disposition.

Each day we will come together to explore a different group of postures from both structural and energetic perspectives with the intention to:

• refine our understanding of the practice in the light of Yamas and Niyamas
• offer clear, precise yet concise instructions
• modify basic postures to accommodate individual needs
